The instrument's operation panel is ergonomically designed for user-friendly operation. It utilizes a high-frequency switching power supply and digital circuit technology, making it suitable for measuring the loop resistance of switch control equipment. The test current is 100A DC. Loop resistance can be measured directly at 100A DC. It features data storage, output printing, and time setting functions, and a 50A range is also available for user selection.

This contact resistance tester achieves a resolution of 0.01μΩ and is highly stable, exceeding the performance of imported high-current micro-ohmmeters. It meets the requirements of power supply departments for on-site high-voltage switch maintenance and high-voltage switch factory loop resistance testing.

High Current: Utilizing the latest switching power supply technology, it can continuously output high current for extended periods, overcoming the drawbacks of pulsed power supplies with their instantaneous current. This effectively breaks down the oxide film on the switch contacts, resulting in excellent test results.

2. High Stability: Under severe interference conditions, the last digit of the LCD screen remains stable within ±1 digit, ensuring stable readings and good repeatability.

3. High Precision: Employing dual-channel high-speed 16-bit Σ-Δ AD sampling and the latest digital signal processing technology, it achieves a maximum resolution of 0.01μΩ. It is currently the only contact resistance tester in China capable of achieving a stable 0.01μΩ resolution, surpassing the performance of imported high-current microohmmeters.

4. Intelligent: Equipped with an imported high-performance CPU, the system automatically switches the measurement range based on signal strength during measurement, ensuring test accuracy. An over-temperature protection circuit automatically stops the current output when the instrument exceeds the set temperature, ensuring safe operation.

5. High Quality: All key components are imported. A cleverly designed temperature compensation circuit effectively eliminates the influence of ambient temperature on measurement results.
