YDQ(W)-10kVA-50kV Partial Discharge-Free Power-Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Set

The fully automatic partial-discharge-free withstand voltage test system is designed for use in power supply and distribution systems, transformer manufacturing plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutions. It is used to perform insulation strength tests—under power-frequency or DC high-voltage conditions—on various high-voltage electrical equipment, components, and insulating materials. The system is widely applicable for measuring partial discharge in high-voltage electrical products such as transformers, instrument transformers, high-voltage switchgear, zinc-oxide surge arresters, and power cables. It is also suitable for conducting type tests and monitoring the insulation status of equipment in service. The instrument offers high detection sensitivity, accommodates a broad range of sample capacitances, and supports a wide variety of test objects. It comes equipped with a comprehensive set of input units (detection impedances) and offers nine different frequency band combinations. Once properly calibrated, the instrument provides direct readings of discharge pulse magnitude.

Product Features:
1. Strong arc-extinguishing capability and excellent insulation performance.
2. Fireproof, non-flammable gas; inherently safe.
3. Lightweight with a highly integrated structure, combining a gas-insulated test transformer, coupling capacitor, current-limiting resistor, and voltage divider into a single unit.
4. Easy to transport and install; compact footprint.
5. Clean, oil-free, and maintenance-free (requiring only periodic monitoring of gas pressure and density).
6. Minimal environmental impact; fully enclosed within a sealed metal housing.
(In traditional setups—incorporating external current-limiting resistors, coupling capacitors, and voltage dividers—the background partial discharge level is approximately 10 pC; in this integrated system, with these components built-in, the total background partial discharge is 5 pC.)

 Simple and intuitive user interface, adaptable to various operating environments.
 Tactile-button operation; all functions can be configured via the control panel, enhancing both safety and reliability.
 Employs a combination of hardware and software anti-interference technologies, ensuring stable performance and high resistance to external noise.
 Includes a "pause" function for automatic control modes, allowing the operator to halt voltage ramping (either increasing or decreasing) at any point. The duration of the pause can be flexibly controlled by the operator, facilitating the observation of the test object’s condition.
 Features an automatic timing function. In automatic control mode, once the voltage rises to the preset value, the device automatically begins a timer. Upon the expiration of the set time, the test results are displayed, and the device automatically returns to the zero position.
