The Anti-Interference Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester employs variable-frequency power supply technology. By utilizing microcontrollers and advanced electronic circuitry, it achieves automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data processing, thereby delivering robust anti-interference capabilities, rapid testing speeds, high measurement accuracy, and user-friendly operation.
The variable-frequency power supply features a high-power switching power module, capable of outputting pure sine waves at single frequencies (45 Hz–65 Hz) as well as dual-frequency combinations (47.5 Hz/52.5 Hz, 45.0 Hz/55.0 Hz, 57.5 Hz/62.5 Hz, and 55.0 Hz/65.0 Hz). It performs automatic voltage boosting and automatically filters out 50 Hz power-frequency interference, making it ideally suited for on-site testing in environments with high electromagnetic interference, such as substations.

2. **Reverse Wiring Capabilities:** Features low-voltage shielding and high-voltage shielding functions for reverse wiring configurations; this enables dielectric loss measurements of the C11 section—using the 10 kV reverse wiring method—without the need to disconnect existing wiring, even when the CVT busbar is grounded.
3. **External Voltage/Capacitor Measurement:** Supports measurement functions utilizing an externally applied voltage source or an externally connected standard capacitor (CN).
4. **CVT Transformation Ratio Measurement:** Includes a function for measuring the transformation ratio of CVTs, meeting the requirements for CVT devices rated from 35 kV to 500 kV.
5. **Multi-Channel Simultaneous Measurement:** Capable of simultaneously measuring the dielectric loss values of up to four test specimens.
6. **Insulation Resistance Testing:** Features an insulation resistance testing mode, allowing for the measurement of Polarization Index (PI), Absorption Ratio (DAR), and insulation resistance values.
7. **Automatic LCR Measurement:** Provides automatic measurement capabilities for inductance (L), capacitance (C), and resistance (R).
8. **Variable-Frequency Anti-Interference:** Employs variable-frequency technology to effectively eliminate 50 Hz power-frequency interference present at the test site, ensuring reliable data acquisition even in environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
9. **Overcurrent Protection:** Equipped with an overcurrent protection mechanism to prevent damage to the instrument in the event of a short circuit or dielectric breakdown of the test specimen.
10. **Integrated Standard Capacitor and HV Source:** Contains a built-in standard capacitor and high-voltage power supply, facilitating convenient on-site testing and minimizing the complexity of field wiring.
11. **Large-Screen LCD Interface:** Features an extra-large LCD screen for clear display and simple operation; the entire testing process is guided via intuitive Chinese-language menu prompts. 12. The instrument's functional interface features corresponding wiring diagrams, greatly facilitating the operator's wiring process.
