The Anti-Interference Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester employs variable-frequency power supply technology, utilizing microcontrollers and advanced electronics to perform automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data processing. The variable-frequency power supply incorporates a high-power switching power supply unit, generating pure sinusoidal outputs at single frequencies ranging from 45 Hz to 65 Hz, as well as dual-frequency combinations (47.5 Hz/52.5 Hz, 45.0 Hz/55.0 Hz, 57.5 Hz/62.5 Hz, and 55.0 Hz/65.0 Hz), with automatic voltage application. Furthermore, the device automatically filters out 50 Hz interference, making it ideally suited for field testing in environments characterized by high electromagnetic interference—such as substations.
