The DC resistance of a transformer is a mandatory test item in the manufacturing process of semi-finished and finished transformers, as well as during factory acceptance testing, installation, commissioning tests, and preventive maintenance tests conducted by power companies.  It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection issues, welding problems, loose connections, missing strands, and broken wires in transformer windings, as well as potential problems that may arise during operation.
The transformer DC resistance tester is an innovative product with a built-in high-capacity lithium battery, making it compact and portable. It is suitable not only for measuring inductive samples such as transformers, current transformers, and reactors, but also for measuring resistive samples such as copper bars, wires, and switch contacts. The instrument offers fast testing speed and high accuracy.

1. Adaptive power supply via lithium battery or 220V AC power. A single charge allows for continuous DC resistance testing of hundreds of transformers, making the testing process simple and convenient.
2. Six output current ranges, with a maximum output of 10A and a maximum output voltage of 25V. Automatic current selection is available for convenience and speed.
