The active transformer characteristic capacity comprehensive tester is a high-precision instrument developed and researched by our company specifically for measuring transformer capacity and loss parameters to address this issue. It comes with a high-performance rechargeable battery and can work without an external power source. It can measure 500 units continuously after one charge; At the same time, the internal digital synthesis of three-phase standard sine wave signals (not simply inverted AC output, ensuring the accuracy of test data for various test items under non rated conditions) can provide a three-phase precision AC test source through a power amplifier; When measuring the capacity and short-circuit loss of transformers, there is no need for external three-phase testing power supply, voltage regulator, current boosting and other auxiliary equipment, simplifying wiring and greatly improving work efficiency.

The accuracy of the capacity test results is 100%. It is equivalent to four types of equipment: active transformer capacity tester+transformer loss parameter tester+harmonic analyzer+oscilloscope. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as capacity, no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance voltage, etc. of various transformers, and can measure the voltage, current distortion, and harmonic content during no-load testing. It can also perform vector analysis.

The advantages of small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and easy operation and learning can completely replace the previous method of measuring transformer loss and capacity using multiple meters. The wiring is simple, the testing and recording are convenient, and the work efficiency is greatly improved. It uses a large screen color LCD as the display window, menu operation with Chinese character prompts, and integrates multiple parameters into one screen display interface. FEATURES

1. It can automatically perform waveform distortion correction, temperature correction (providing two methods of simple temperature correction and additional loss correction), voltage correction (no-load test under non rated voltage), and current correction (short-circuit test under non rated current conditions), which is very suitable for units that do not have slightly larger capacity transformer short-circuit test conditions.

2. It can measure three-phase voltage, three-phase current, average voltage, average current, two-phase active power (due to the use of a two power meter method, only the power of phases A and C is displayed here), and total power.

3. It can measure the content of 2-42nd harmonic of each phase voltage and current, as well as the total distortion rate (harmonic distortion) of each signal.

4. It can display real-time waveforms of voltage and current in each phase, intuitively showing the distortion of the waveform.

5. Voltage circuit width limit: The maximum voltage that can be measured is 750V, and accuracy can be ensured without switching gears. The instrument itself will not be damaged due to incorrect voltage gear selection.

6. The large screen, full Chinese character menu, and operation prompts enable friendly human-machine dialogue. The conductive rubber buttons make operation easier, and the high brightness true color LCD display can adapt to all seasons of winter and summer.
