MS-560Transformer Capacity Characteristics Tester

This instrument is a multi-functional measuring instrument, equivalent to two conventional test instruments: an active transformer capacity characteristic tester and a transformer characteristic parameter tester.

It can precisely measure a series of power frequency parameters of various transformers, including capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss, and impedance voltage.
The product has many advantages, such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can completely replace the traditional method of measuring transformer loss and capacity using multiple meters, with simpler wiring and more convenient testing and recording, significantly improving your work efficiency.

1. It can measure the capacity of various distribution transformers and power transformers on-site without the need for an external power supply, making detection more convenient and faster.
2. Combined with external power supply, voltage regulation, and boosting/current increasing equipment, it can measure various characteristic data of transformers, such as no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, and load loss.
3. All test results are automatically corrected. You only need to input relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction coefficient, etc.), and the instrument will automatically perform various corrections such as waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, and non-rated current correction, resulting in higher test accuracy.
4. In transformer characteristic measurement, the maximum voltage range can reach 750V, and the maximum current range can reach 100A, and it is equipped with an internal protection circuit. 1. Measurement accuracy is guaranteed without switching ranges, eliminating the risk of damaging the instrument due to incorrect range selection.
5. During transformer characteristic testing, the voltage and current ranges can be extended very flexibly and easily by simply connecting external voltage and current transformers, greatly expanding the instrument's testing range.
6. Large-screen, high-brightness LCD display with full menu and operation prompts provides a very user-friendly human-machine interface; the wide-temperature, adjustable-brightness LCD screen adapts to different ambient temperatures.
7. Based on the no-load and load loss in the test results, the instrument can automatically estimate the performance level of three-phase oil-immersed distribution and power transformers for on-site reference by personnel (the instrument currently only provides performance level codes for three-phase oil-immersed distribution and power transformers. The results for other types of transformers are invalid).
8. Zero-sequence impedance measurement is applicable to transformers with a neutral point in the high-voltage side star connection. The instrument can record zero-sequence impedance, zero-sequence reactance, zero-sequence inductance, impedance angle, and zero-sequence resistance.

1. Built-in power supply output range:
① Voltage: 0-10V

3. Power and other parameter measurement accuracy
③ Active power: ±0.5% (F.S) (CosΦ>0.1)
④ ±1.0% (F.S) ±2 digits (0.02<CosΦ<0.1)
⑤ No-load (or load) loss measurement: ±2% (0.1≤CosΦ≤1)
4. Transformer capacity test range: 6.3~125000kVA
5. Operating temperature: -20℃~+60℃
6. Power supply requirements: Adapter output 12.6V 1000mA, mains power AC160V~265V
7. Insulation
