The Partial Discharge Detector (Wireless WIFI version) can be used for insulation condition detection and assessment of operating high-voltage switchgear, ring main units, voltage/current transformers, transformers (including dry-type transformers), GIS, overhead lines, cables, and other equipment.

It integrates five commonly used sensors: ultrasonic, ground wave, contact ultrasonic, ultra-high frequency, and high-frequency current transformers. Flexible switching between sensors can be achieved via commands.

The optional infrared thermal imager converts the infrared radiation from the object's surface, which is invisible to the naked eye, into a visible image. Infrared thermal imaging is unaffected by visible light and offers advantages such as non-contact temperature measurement and penetration through smoke and fog, making it ideal for temperature detection of electrical equipment.
