The three-phase circuit resistance tester (10-5000A) is manufactured using advanced high-power switching power supply technology and sophisticated electronic circuitry. It is a specialized testing instrument for high and low voltage switches, cables, wires, and weld contact resistance. It uses the standard DC current recommended by the national standard GB736, allowing for the measurement of the resistance value of the tested object under standard current conditions. The instrument features a compact size, light weight, strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy, convenient operation, and comprehensive protection functions.
1. Color Touch Screen: 800×480 high-definition 7-inch color touch screen, human-machine interface, and high-speed thermal printer.
2. Multiple Current Output Ranges: Utilizes the latest power supply technology, capable of continuous high-current output for extended periods, with multiple current output ranges. Allows setting 1-3 different current ranges for testing and automatically calculates the average value.
3. Displays Multiple Data: Displays resistance, voltage, current, and resistivity, and displays the resistance value converted to standard temperature.
4. Automatic Over-Limit Alarm: Sets the resistance upper limit; automatically generates the test status (pass, fail, or invalid) based on the resistance value.
5. Long-Term Testing Capability: Measurement time can be set from 0-9999 seconds, allowing for long-term operation. Built-in cooling fan for heat dissipation and automatic thermal protection for the switching power supply.
6. High-Precision Measurement: Uses precision operational amplifiers and a high-precision quadruple-integration A/D converter.
7. Latest System Chip: Uses a high-performance 32-bit latest ARM chip; the system automatically switches the amplification factor based on the signal size during measurement, ensuring the accuracy of the product's testing.
8. Built-in Calendar Clock: Built-in calendar clock provides time information for printing and saving data.
9. DC Constant Current Source Function: Can output 0 to maximum current, with built-in step-by-step current increase testing, essentially providing the functionality of a powerful DC constant current source – a multi-purpose instrument.

Wired control for convenient assembly line operation: Wired control (optional), allowing external switch (open/closed) control of testing/interruption, and the over-resistance output can activate an alarm light.

16. Automatic Temperature Compensation and Resistance Calculation: Allows presetting the temperature and automatically calculating the resistance value at the standard temperature. A temperature sensor (optional) can also be used to measure the actual temperature.
17. Convenient Background Color Switching: Screen color can be set, including patterned blue or black backgrounds. Background brightness, standby brightness, and standby time can also be set.

19. Chinese and English Input for Test Information: Allows input of relevant site, equipment, personnel, and remarks in both Chinese and English, facilitating the identification and saving of test data, and convenient printing of test data.
