MSHL-100AMicro ohmmeter 

This instrument is suitable for high-precision measurement of contact (loop) resistance of high and low voltage switches and DC resistance values of cable lines. It is also suitable for other applications requiring high current and micro-resistance measurements.

The instrument's control panel features an ergonomic design, conforming to user habits.  It utilizes high-frequency switching power supply and digital circuit technology, making it suitable for measuring the loop resistance of switch control equipment.

The test current is 100A DC. It can directly measure loop resistance at 100A DC, with functions such as data storage, output printing, and time setting. A 50A range is also available for users to choose from.

It is a highly stable contact resistance tester with a resolution of 0.01μΩ, exceeding the performance of imported high-current micro-ohmmeters. It meets the requirements of power and supply departments for on-site high-voltage switch maintenance and high-voltage switch factory loop resistance testing.

1. High Current:  Utilizes the latest switching power supply technology, enabling continuous output of high current for extended periods, overcoming the drawbacks of pulsed power supplies and effectively breaking down the oxide film on switch contacts for excellent test results.
2. High Stability: Under severe interference conditions, the last digit of the LCD display remains stable within ±1 digit, providing stable readings and good repeatability.
3. High Accuracy: Employs dual-channel high-speed 16-bit Σ-Δ AD sampling and the latest digital signal processing technology, achieving a maximum resolution of 0.01μΩ. It is currently the only contact resistance tester in China that can achieve a resolution of 0.01μΩ with high stability, exceeding the performance of imported high-current micro-ohmmeters.
4. Intelligent Features:  Uses an imported high-performance CPU. During measurement, the system automatically switches ranges based on signal strength to ensure measurement accuracy. The over-temperature protection circuit automatically stops the current output when the instrument exceeds the set temperature, ensuring safe operation.
5. High Quality: All key components are imported.  A cleverly designed temperature compensation circuit effectively eliminates the influence of ambient temperature on measurement results. The use of military-grade connectors enhances vibration resistance.
6. Powerful Functions:  Current can be freely selected between 50A and 100A. Test time can be arbitrarily selected from fast, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds, far exceeding the performance of other similar instruments.

User-Friendly Interface: Touch screen control for convenience and speed.  Users can independently set the instrument's date and time, save measurement data in real-time, and print measurement results instantly. 8. USB Data Transfer: Measurement data can be transferred to a USB flash drive via the USB interface for further analysis and processing using PC software.
