Ultra low frequency VIF withstand voltage tester
The high-voltage withstand voltage test of electrical equipment is one of the most important items specified in the "Insulation Preventive Test". Voltage withstand test can be divided into AC voltage withstand test and DC voltage withstand test. AC voltage withstand test can also be divided into power frequency, frequency conversion, and 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency testing technology. Among them, 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency technology is the latest technology recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission. Our company's new generation ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator series is a core product independently developed using the latest American technology. It features a 7-inch touch screen, the latest ARM7 microcontroller, high-speed AD acquisition circuit, and is equipped with backend management software. It overcomes many shortcomings of similar domestic products (see Table 1),
The cost-effectiveness is much higher than that of similar imported products, especially suitable for withstand voltage testing of electrical equipment with high insulation equivalent capacitance (such as power cables, power capacitors, large and medium-sized generators, and motors), which meets the requirements of the newly issued national power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for Ultra Low Frequency High Voltage Generators DL/T849.4-2004" in 2004.
