This vehicle-mounted, integrated surge-type 750kV AC withstand voltage test platform consists of a chassis, SF6 gas reactor, SF6 gas capacitor voltage divider, excitation transformer, frequency-modulated power supply, and automatic lifting device. The reactor and voltage divider are integrated using sealed technology, resulting in a compact structure.

It can be used for on-site AC withstand voltage testing of power equipment with voltage levels of 500kV and below. It can be used for port-to-port connection with test equipment such as GIS in space-constrained locations such as pumped-storage power stations and underground substations.

It utilizes a hydraulically lowered transport method, with a transport height of less than 2 meters, making it easy to cross bridges and tunnels. The platform is equipped with various seismic and cushioning measures and has successfully passed 12,000 kilometers of transportation under complex road conditions, demonstrating its compatibility with diverse road conditions. Once the product arrives at the site, withstand voltage testing can be conducted without disembarking from the vehicle. The hydraulic lifting system allows the main unit to be erected and positioned with a single click, eliminating the need for secondary lifting and assembly. Once the main unit is positioned, the test time is reduced to less than 5 minutes, significantly improving on-site testing efficiency. When horizontally positioned, the high-voltage leads are pre-connected to the reactor's primary terminals, requiring only the high-voltage leads of the test unit to be connected on-site. This reduces overhead work and improves personnel safety
