AC voltage withstand test equipment system: suitable for handover and preventive testing of large capacity and high-voltage electrical equipment

The communication voltage withstand test equipment system uses new and innovative technology to complete various tests, reducing the required power capacity while overcoming the traditional resonance that can only meet the maximum working time of one cable for 3 hours. The patented technology design ensures the continuous voltage withstand requirements of multiple cables on the engineering site.

To meet different levels of voltage testing, multiple reactors are designed separately and can be combined according to on-site testing requirements.

MSXZ (f) -270kVA/270kV AC withstand voltage test equipment system: This device is mainly designed for 35kV, 110kV cables, 110kV main transformers GISThe AC withstand voltage test of circuit breakers has a wide range of applications and is an ideal withstand voltage equipment for high-voltage testing departments and power installation and maintenance engineering units at the prefecture, city, and county levels. The device mainly consists of a variable frequency power supply, excitation transformer, reactor, capacitive voltage divider, and compensation capacitor.

1. 110kV/300mm ² cable 0.5km, capacitance ≤ 0.0735 μ, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 128kV, test time 60min

2. 35kV/300mm ² cable 2km, capacitance ≤ 0.389 μ Test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 52kV, test time 60min

5. 110kV/63000kVA main transformer, capacitance ≤ 0.02uF, test frequency 45-65Hz, test voltage 52kV, test time 1min

6. GIS, switch and other substation equipment with voltage levels of 35kV and below shall be tested at a frequency of 30-300Hz, with a test voltage of 95kV and a test time of 1 minute

The main functions and technical features of our company's communication pressure test equipment system are as follows:
