Testing the acid value of transformer and turbine oils is a routine procedure for oil-filled electrical equipment in power systems and industrial enterprises; this tester is a specialized device developed by our company specifically for this purpose. Built around a single-chip microcomputer, the instrument integrates technologies from optics, mechanics, electronics, and chemistry. It effectively replaces manual operations, thereby increasing efficiency, reducing operator workload, and minimizing exposure to harmful chemicals such as organic solvents.

①　Based on the neutralization method, this tester uses microcomputer control to automatically perform liquid dispensing, stirring, titration, and endpoint determination at ambient temperature.

②　A touchscreen LCD allows for the selection of all operating parameters; the interface is intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring ease of operation, with an average analysis cycle of approximately 2 minutes per oil sample.

③　It can store and display up to 35 sets of test results and print out various parameters related to the measurements.

④　Specially designed reagent bottles are used to hold the extraction and neutralization solutions.

⑤　Reagents are stored in glass containers to prevent contamination from plastic additives.

⑥　Operators do not need to come into contact with organic solvents during the testing process, minimizing health risks associated with chemical exposure.
