MS-101D1Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester (CVT)
The Anti-Interference Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester employs variable-frequency power supply technology. By utilizing microcontrollers and advanced electronic circuitry, it performs automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data processing, thereby achieving robust anti-interference capabilities, rapid testing speeds, high accuracy, and user-friendly operation.
The variable-frequency power supply features a high-power switching power source, capable of outputting pure sine waves at single frequencies (45 Hz–65 Hz) as well as dual-frequency combinations (47.5 Hz/52.5 Hz, 45.0 Hz/55.0 Hz, 57.5 Hz/62.5 Hz, and 55.0 Hz/65.0 Hz). It performs automatic voltage boosting and automatically filters out 50 Hz interference, making it ideally suited for on-site testing in environments with high electromagnetic interference, such as substations.
Key Features:
1. Supports the self-excitation method for testing Capacitive Voltage Transformers (CVTs); a single wiring setup allows for the simultaneous measurement of both C1 and C2 capacitance and dielectric loss (tgδ).
2. Features reverse-connection capabilities with low-voltage and high-voltage shielding functions; this allows for non-dismantling dielectric loss measurements of the C11 section (at 10 kV) even when the CVT busbar is grounded.
3. Employs variable-frequency technology to eliminate on-site 50 Hz power-frequency interference, ensuring the acquisition of reliable data even in environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
4. Includes an overcurrent protection function to prevent damage to the instrument in the event of a short circuit or breakdown of the test specimen.
5. Features a built-in standard capacitor and high-voltage power supply, facilitating on-site testing and minimizing the complexity of field wiring.
6. Equipped with an extra-large LCD screen for simple operation; the entire testing process is guided via on-screen menus with text prompts.
7. Each functional interface within the instrument displays a corresponding wiring diagram, greatly simplifying the wiring process for the operator.
8. Supports switching between Chinese and English language interfaces.
