The high-current generator is an essential piece of equipment for various industries requiring high currents during electrical testing. The intelligent high-current generator is an advanced current boosting device independently developed and designed by our company based on the latest national power industry standards, building upon our conventional high-current generators. It utilizes advanced microelectronic processing technology, allowing for pre-setting of the entire process. Operation is simple and straightforward, and all test items can be automatically tested after setting. 1. Parameter data is displayed on a large LCD screen with backlight, providing clear and intuitive readings. Voltage, current, and time are displayed simultaneously. Various data setting functions are available. Intelligent control is achieved through a high-current and transformer intelligent control system;
2. Time relay start/stop conditions can be freely set;

7. Comprehensive overcurrent protection, allowing arbitrary setting of target output current value, current limit, and current withstand time;
8. Features zero-return detection function; the test can only proceed after zero-return confirmation, ensuring safety and reliability;
9. Approaching current increase algorithm: after reaching the set target output current, the current withstand time is automatically timed. After the timing is completed, the motor automatically returns to zero;
10. If the set output current limit is exceeded, the motor automatically returns to zero, and an audible and visual alarm is triggered;
11. Combines hardware and software anti-interference technologies for stable performance and strong anti-interference capabilities, adapting to harsh electromagnetic environments;
12. Automatic error diagnosis, making it easy to identify and solve problems;
13. Optional features include remote communication, door interlock warning light and buzzer, and open circuit voltage calibration interface;
