The anti-interference dielectric loss tester adopts variable frequency power supply technology and utilizes single-chip microcontrollers and electronic technology for automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data operation, achieving strong anti-interference ability, fast testing speed, high accuracy, and easy operation.
The variable frequency power supply adopts a high-power switching power supply, which outputs single frequency 45Hz~65Hz and dual frequency 47.5Hz \ 52.5Hz, 45.0Hz \ 55.0Hz, 57.5Hz \ 62.5Hz, 55.0Hz \ 65.0Hz pure sine waves. It automatically applies voltage and can provide a maximum voltage of 12kV; Automatically filter out 50Hz interference, suitable for on-site testing in substations and other areas with high electromagnetic interference.
1. Equipped with CVT self-excited method testing, connect once and measure the capacitance and tg δ of C1 and C2 simultaneously.
2. Equipped with reverse wiring low-voltage shielding and high-voltage shielding functions, C11 can perform 10kV reverse wiring dielectric loss measurement without disconnecting the wire when the CVT bus is grounded.
3. It has the measurement function of applying external voltage and CN.
4. Equipped with CVT ratio measurement function, it can meet the ratio measurement requirements of 35~500kV CVT devices.
5. It has multi-channel simultaneous measurement function and can test the dielectric loss values of four test samples simultaneously.
6. It has insulation resistance testing function and can perform tests on polarization index, absorption ratio, and insulation resistance.
7. Equipped with LCR automatic measurement function, it can measure inductance, capacitance, and resistance
8. By using frequency conversion technology to eliminate on-site 50Hz power frequency interference, reliable data can be measured even in strong electromagnetic interference environments.
9. The overcurrent protection function ensures that the instrument is not damaged in the event of a short circuit or breakdown of the test sample.
10. Comes with standard capacitors and high-voltage power supply for easy on-site testing and reduces on-site wiring.
11. The instrument adopts a large screen LCD display, which is easy to operate. The testing process is prompted by a Chinese menu.
12. There is a corresponding wiring diagram under the functional interface in the instrument, which greatly facilitates the operator's wiring.
13. Capable of switching between Chinese and English.
