The DC withstand voltage tester is a new generation portable high-voltage detection instrument designed and manufactured according to the latest Chinese power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Devices Part 1: DC High Voltage Generator", specifically used to detect the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of power devices.

By using high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, applying the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage current dual loop feedback technology, the power supply adjustment rate and load adjustment rate are improved, resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple. Using imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology to eliminate switch interference and achieve high quality and portability of DC high-voltage generators. Selecting imported high-frequency and high-voltage rectifier diodes makes the voltage doubler more compact and lightweight, improving the overall efficiency of the machine. According to the theories of EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility, measures such as shielding, isolation, and grounding are adopted to enhance the safety of the entire machine and withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. The instrument has complete protection functions, including zero protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond level dedicated sensors, which act quickly and reliably, effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety. The overvoltage setting uses a digital dip switch, which is easy to operate and has high setting accuracy. Add an intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button to facilitate the testing of zinc oxide lightning arresters.

Adopting an integrated design scheme: the pressure doubler and the host are placed in the same chassis, combined with the latest technology and the use of the latest components, to achieve the advantages of small size, high power, light weight, easy operation, safety and reliability, and high power output quality. It is an ideal testing instrument in the high-voltage testing industry.

 

1. The instrument is suitable for conducting DC withstand voltage tests and leakage tests on equipment such as zinc oxide lightning arresters, magnetic blow lightning arresters, power cables, transformers, generators, etc. in departments such as power, railway, chemical, industrial and mining, metallurgy, and steel. It can also be used as a power source for electrostatic suction, spraying, etc.

Stable output voltage: Adopting high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, applying the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage current dual loop feedback technology to improve power and load regulation rates, resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple. Full range smooth voltage regulation, high output voltage accuracy. The host voltmeter directly displays the voltage value loaded on the load, without the need for an external voltage divider, and the wiring operation is simple. Voltage resolution 0.1kV, current resolution 1uA.

3. Comprehensive protection: It has complete protection functions, including zero protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond level dedicated sensors, which act quickly and reliably, effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety.

3. Equipped with 0.75U function: An intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is added. Pressing this button will automatically switch the voltage and current to 0.75U state, which is beneficial for testing zinc oxide lightning arresters.
