MS-3986 Load Capacity Battery Tester DC 48V/110V/220V Charging 40A Discharge 50A
The instrument can serve as a discharge load when the battery is offline, and achieve constant current discharge of the set value by continuously regulating the discharge current. When discharging, the instrument will automatically stop discharging and record all valuable and continuous process real-time data when the terminal voltage of the battery pack or the individual voltage drops to the set lower limit value, or the set discharge time is reached, or the set discharge capacity is reached.
The testing system uses wireless relay access for voltage monitoring information of individual batteries, which is simple, safe, and accurate.
The instrument has a very user-friendly human-machine interface, which not only allows various settings and data queries to be completed under menu prompts, but also saves the discharge process data in the device's memory. Through the data interface, it can be transferred to a USB drive and analyzed by the dedicated software of the upper computer to generate the required curves and reports.
The instrument has complete protection functions, not only with sound and light alarms, but also with clear interface prompts.
Product Features:
1. DC220V voltage charging and discharging function: A single machine can meet the charging and discharging tests of battery packs with DC220 voltage levels.
2. By using high-precision resistors, the phenomenon of red heating is avoided, making the entire discharge process safer.
3. The individual monitoring module adopts long-distance RF wireless communication for voltage data transmission, and can set up up to 4 independent frequency bands, which means that up to 4 monitoring systems can transmit data simultaneously in the same area without interfering or crossing paths.
4. The wireless collection box can monitor each battery and achieve complete monitoring of the discharge process of the battery pack, and has three data collection methods:
5. Data transmission between the individual monitoring module and the charging and discharging instrument host.
6. Data transmission between the individual monitoring module and the USB wireless terminal.
7. Data transmission between the individual monitoring module, the charging and discharging instrument host, and the USB wireless terminal.
8. Each charging and discharging device can monitor 25 individual collection boxes, each of which can be connected to 12 batteries, for a total of 300 batteries to be monitored. The device can automatically filter out the top 6 and bottom 6 battery numbers and voltage values, and display them in different colors on the screen (optional).
9. The individual voltage value has two options for viewing data: sliding table display and sliding bar chart display (optional).
10. The PC upper computer software equipped can analyze the recorded total voltage, discharge current, and voltage of each individual battery, and generate corresponding data reports. Intuitive curves, graphics, reports, etc. that reflect the performance of battery packs, and can be printed and queried.
11. The device itself has a USB interface, which can store the data of the discharge process into a USB flash drive and then import the USB data into a PC. PC data management software can analyze the process of battery discharge and generate corresponding data reports, making data transfer more convenient.
12. Equipped with an intelligent microcontroller ARM control, a 7-inch 1024 * 600 high-definition LCD display screen, resistance touch operation, and built-in Chinese English switching menu, the menu operation is simple and clear.
13. Automatic protection shutdown function, over temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, reverse connection alarm protection. When any alarm shutdown occurs, the corresponding alarm prompt can be displayed on the display screen. Overvoltage protection and reverse connection alarm protection automatically disconnect the air circuit breaker.
14. Charging/discharging termination conditions can be set, including low voltage of individual batteries, low/high voltage of the entire group, low charging current, charging/discharging time, charging/discharging capacity. When any of these conditions are met, the equipment will automatically stop testing with a beep sound and record the reason for the stop.
15. It can perform online compensation charging/discharging, and by connecting an external current clamp sensor, it can perform discharge testing on the battery in online operation, greatly facilitating the testing work. This feature is particularly suitable for situations where there is only a single backup battery (optional).
16. Equipped with RS485 remote control for charging and discharging functions.
17. It has the function of charging, discharging, and activating in parallel with multiple machines. It only needs to be operated on the display screen of the device with the parallel parameter of the host, and the device with the parallel parameter of the slave can automatically follow the instructions of the host to evenly distribute power and perform start stop operations
