MS-3986 220V 40A 50ALoad capacity battery tester

The instrument can function as a discharge load when the battery is offline, achieving constant current discharge at a set value by continuously regulating the discharge current. During discharge, the instrument will automatically stop discharging and record all valuable, continuous real-time process data when the battery pack terminal voltage or single cell voltage drops to the set lower limit, or when the set discharge time or discharge capacity is reached.

Product Features:
1. DC220V voltage charging and discharging function: A single unit can meet the charging and discharging test requirements of battery packs with a DC220V voltage level.
2. High-precision resistors are used to avoid overheating, making the entire discharge process safer.
3. The single-cell monitoring module uses long-distance radio frequency wireless communication for voltage data transmission, and can set up to 4 independent frequency bands, allowing up to 4 monitoring systems to transmit data simultaneously in the same area without interference.
4. The wireless acquisition box can monitor each battery, achieving complete monitoring of the battery pack discharge process, and has three data acquisition methods:
5. Data transmission between the single-cell monitoring module and the charging and discharging instrument host.
6. Data transmission between the single-cell monitoring module and the USB wireless terminal.
7. Data transmission between the single-cell monitoring module, the charging and discharging instrument host, and the USB wireless terminal.
8. Each charging and discharging device can monitor 25 single-cell acquisition boxes, and each single-cell acquisition box can connect to 12 batteries, for a total of 300 batteries. The device can automatically select the highest 6 and lowest 6 battery numbers and voltage values, and display them in different colors on the display screen (optional).
9. Single-cell voltage values have two data viewing methods: sliding table display and sliding bar graph display (optional).
10. The equipped PC upper computer software can analyze the recorded total voltage, discharge current, and individual battery voltage data, and generate corresponding data reports. It intuitively displays curves, graphs, and reports reflecting the performance of the battery pack, and allows printing and querying.
11. The device body has a USB interface, allowing data from the discharge process to be saved to a USB flash drive, and then imported to a PC. The PC data management software can analyze the battery discharge process and generate corresponding data reports, making data transfer more convenient.
12. It uses intelligent ARM microcontroller control, a 7-inch 1024*600 high-definition LCD screen, and resistive touch operation. It has a built-in Chinese and English switching menu, and the menu operation is simple and clear.
13. Automatic protection and shutdown functions include over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and reverse connection protection.  When any alarm occurs, the corresponding alarm message will be displayed on the screen. Over-voltage protection and reverse connection protection automatically disconnect the circuit breaker.
14. Charging and discharging termination conditions can be set, including low single-cell battery voltage, low/high overall voltage, low charging current, charging/discharging time elapsed, and charging/discharging capacity. When any condition is met, the device will automatically stop the test and emit a buzzer sound, while automatically recording the reason for the stop.
15. Online compensation charging and discharging is possible. By connecting an external current clamp sensor, discharge testing can be performed on batteries working online, greatly facilitating testing work. This function is especially suitable for situations with only a single set of backup batteries (optional).
16. It has RS485 remote control charging and discharging functions.
17. It has multi-machine parallel charging, discharging, and activation functions.  Simply operate the main unit's display screen to set the parallel parameters; the slave units will automatically follow the main unit's instructions to evenly distribute power and perform start/stop operations.
