According to IEC and relevant national standards, transformer ratio test is a necessary item in the production, user handover, and maintenance testing of power transformers. This can effectively supervise the quality of transformer products during production and use, prevent inter turn short circuits, open circuits, connection errors, internal faults or contact faults of the voltage regulating switch. Our company's independently developed, researched and produced multifunctional desktop fully automatic transformation ratio tester not only has the characteristics of completely meeting the user's on-site usage requirements, easy operation, complete functions, and stable and reliable data, but also is the first transformation ratio tester in China that can perform fully blind testing (accurately measuring transformation ratio and group number without knowing any parameters of the tested transformer); It can adapt to the needs of various large, medium, and small transformer ratio tests (including Z-type transformers and low-voltage input transformers), and is currently a highly advanced technology in domestic ratio testing. The testing items are very complete, and the measurement parameters are comprehensive.

The instrument is equipped with a large capacity lithium-ion rechargeable battery, which allows for testing without the need for an external power source, making it convenient and easy to use on site.

The instrument has a complete protection function, and the output test source automatically detects the load current and provides corresponding protection, stops the test and gives a prompt, without causing damage to the instrument due to external test circuit overload or short circuit.

The instrument adopts a large screen true color LCD as the display, with a fully Chinese graphical operation interface and a LCD display interface with Chinese character prompt information and multi parameter display. The human-machine dialogue interface is friendly, and the vector diagram display and wiring judgment provide a reliable basis for checking the correctness of the circuit. The fully touch conductive silicone keyboard has a good operating feel and is easy to use. The instrument is equipped with a large capacity built-in data storage that does not lose data in case of power failure. It can save on-site verification data and can expand to store up to 1000 sets of on-site verification results. The results can be transferred to the computer through a USB flash drive, generating reports and printing, achieving computerized management.

The instrument adopts an engineering plastic shell independently designed and manufactured by our company, which has a beautiful and practical appearance. The on-site testing operation is convenient.

Performance characteristics

1. True three-phase testing: single-phase power input, internal digital synthesis of three-phase standard sine wave signal source, through high fidelity power amplifier, generates three-phase test power output (distortion less than 0.1%, symmetry better than 0.05%), the test results have better equivalence, and there will be no group misjudgment or other phenomena.

2. Powerful function: It can perform single-phase measurement and automatic testing of three-phase windings. Polarity can be measured for both single-phase and three-phase phases. It can measure the transformation ratio, error, tap position, tap value and other parameters of AB, BC, CA phases in one go, and automatically identify the group number (0-11 is equivalent to 1-12).

3. Hexagonal diagram display function: The results are displayed in numerical and hexagonal vector diagrams, which intuitively show the connection group of the transformer.

4. Blind testing function: No need to select the wiring method or wiring group, measuring Y/△ and △/Y transformers does not require external short circuiting, and the wiring method can be automatically switched according to the selected testing content. It is entirely possible to measure the transformation ratio and group number of transformers without nameplates.

5. Tap test: It can quickly measure the transformation ratio and transformation ratio error at each tap switch position. The rated transformation ratio only needs to be input once, and the transformation ratio error at each tap position can be calculated without repeated input.

6. At the same time, it has two functions: measuring the turns ratio and measuring the operating voltage transformation ratio. The operating transformation ratio can more accurately reflect the actual value of the voltage transformation ratio of the transformer in actual operation.

7. Equipped with demagnetization function, it can eliminate residual magnetism in the transformer core and avoid the impact of residual magnetism on test results.

8. It has a specialized testing function for low input voltage transformers. For transformers with very low primary voltage, a special voltage is used for testing to avoid situations where the excitation current is too large to test.

9. Good anti vibration performance: The use of military connectors enhances the anti vibration performance.

10. Adopting a 5-inch high-definition true color LCD screen, the display of data and vector graphics is intuitive and delicate.

11. The instrument has a USB interface and can support USB drives to copy stored data files to a computer. (The data file is in text format and does not require specialized software to open)

12. The test source used in this instrument is a standard sine digital source synthesized digitally, with a distortion of less than 0.1%, and is not affected by the quality of the working power supply.

13. Can be equipped with an external micro printer to print out the test results. (Optional accessories, not included as standard)
