MSGK-C Circuit Breaker Analyzer
Suitable for all models of SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical appliances, vacuum switches, and oil switches manufactured domestically and internationally.
One switch operation provides all data and graphs; test data and graphs are displayed simultaneously on the screen, and speed can be recalculated without further testing.
1) The instrument uses an embedded industrial control computer, with a motherboard based on CortexTM-A8, a main frequency of 1GHz, and 1GB of flash memory. It boots up quickly in only 16 seconds. It features a 9-inch color screen, Windows operating system, intuitive and user-friendly interface, and a touchscreen, making it easy for on-site operators to use.
2) High-speed thermal printer for convenient on-site printing of test data.
3) Integrated operating power supply, eliminating the need for a secondary power supply on-site, making it convenient and fast to use. It provides an adjustable DC 6-270V power supply with a current of 20A. The operating voltage values of the opening and closing coils can be arbitrarily set, and low-voltage operation tests of circuit breakers can be performed.
4) Equipped with linear sensors, rotary sensors, universal sensors, laser sensors (optional), brackets, and dedicated multi-functional connectors, making installation extremely convenient and simple.

7) The host can store 30,000 sets of test data (expandable with a memory card), and has a built-in real-time clock for easy archiving.
8) Equipped with 2 USB interfaces, allowing for mouse operation and direct saving of data to a USB flash drive for analysis and storage on a computer. Optional: Data upload complies with the Q/GDW-12482.5-2024 State Grid communication protocol. Beidou positioning uploads latitude and longitude, and a temperature and humidity sensor measures the current climate in real time. Optional interfaces include RS232, RS482, or Bluetooth 5.0 for data upload, or communication with MES, ERP, and other platforms can be customized according to customer needs.
9) Simultaneously measures 12 metal contact points, 6 main contacts and 6 auxiliary contacts, and 1 speed (3 speeds optional). 10) Includes envelope analysis; generates a standard envelope curve from the values obtained from a switch test for analysis and comparison; also performs switch vibration frequency analysis.
11) Internal anti-interference circuit ensures reliable operation in 500KV substations.

This sensor has a 15-degree invalid zone. When installing, the effective area of the sensor can be seen on the instrument, and the value displayed is preferably around 160-200 degrees.
