MSGK-E Circuit Breaker Analyzer 

1. Adopts an industrial control computer architecture, suitable for all models of metal contact SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical appliances, vacuum switches, oil switches, and pole-mounted switches, contactors, etc., manufactured domestically and internationally.
2. Sensors: Acceleration velocity sensor, rotary velocity sensor, and linear displacement sensor are extremely convenient and easy to install. Displays three-phase speed, displacement, contact gap, and overtravel parameters.
3. Trigger modes: Internal trigger, external trigger, sensor trigger, and manual trigger. Manual triggering can be used for characteristic testing of manually operated circuit breakers (without opening and closing coils), such as manually operated switches on utility poles. Sensor triggering is mainly used in special applications such as switch factories.
4. Energy storage power supply output: The instrument can provide an adjustable energy storage power supply with a maximum starting current of 20A.  Once the wiring is connected, it can automatically control the motor energy storage without rewiring. Note: The starting current of the energy storage motor is more than 10 times its rated current. It is generally suitable for on-site energy storage of 10kV vacuum switches.
5. The main unit features a large-screen, direct-view, wide-temperature range backlit LCD with electronic contrast adjustment. Complete Chinese menu prompts for operation. After one switch operation, all data and waveform diagrams are displayed.
6. The main unit can store 100 sets of on-site opening and closing test results.  It has a built-in real-time clock for archiving and saving the test date and time; a USB interface is used for data transfer and program upgrades.
7. The instrument has powerful data analysis capabilities and can effectively analyze various indicators and parameters of the circuit breaker's mechanical characteristics. It has a built-in high-speed miniature printer to print all data and diagrams.

Instrument Performance:
1. Time: Intrinsic opening and closing times of 12 contacts, same-phase synchronization, and inter-phase synchronization.
2. Reclosing: Opening-closing, closing-opening, opening-closing-opening for each contact; short-circuit time, no-current interval time value.
3. Bounce: Closing bounce time, number of bounces, bounce process, and bounce waveform for each contact; opening rebound amplitude for each contact.
4. Speed: Initial opening and closing speed, maximum speed, time-displacement characteristic curve.
5. Displacement: Total displacement, contact gap, overtravel, overshoot displacement, rebound amplitude. 6. Current: Opening and closing current values, resistance values, and current waveforms of the opening and closing coils.
7. Operating Voltage: The device provides a DC 0-270V 20A digitally adjustable circuit breaker operating power supply, automatically completing high and low voltage operating tests of the circuit breaker and measuring and printing the operating voltage values.
