MS-3982 110V  220V 88V-264V 0-100A Battery discharge tester

The battery charge and discharge tester can be used as a discharge load when the battery is offline.  By continuously adjusting the discharge current, it achieves constant current discharge at the set value.

During discharge, the instrument will automatically stop discharging when the battery pack terminal voltage or single cell voltage drops to the set lower limit, or when the set discharge time or discharge capacity is reached. It will record all valuable, continuous real-time process data.

1.  Uses high-precision resistors to avoid overheating, making the entire discharge process safer.
2.  The single-cell monitoring module uses long-distance radio frequency wireless communication for voltage data transmission and can be set to a maximum of 4 independent frequency bands, allowing up to 4 monitoring systems to transmit data simultaneously in the same area without interference. (Optional)
3.  The wireless acquisition box can monitor each battery, achieving complete monitoring of the battery pack discharge process, and has three data acquisition methods:
4.  Data transmission between the single-cell monitoring module and the discharge tester host.
5.  Data transmission between the single-cell monitoring module and the USB wireless terminal.
6.  Data transmission between the single-cell monitoring module, the discharge tester host, and the USB wireless terminal.
7.  Each discharge device can monitor 25 single-cell acquisition boxes, and each single-cell acquisition box can connect to 12 batteries, for a total of 300 batteries. The device can automatically select the highest 6 and lowest 6 battery numbers and voltage values, displaying them in different colors on the display screen (optional).
8.  Single-cell voltage values have two data viewing methods: sliding table display and sliding bar graph display.
9.  The included PC upper computer software can analyze the recorded total voltage, discharge current, and individual battery voltage data, and generate corresponding data reports. It provides intuitive curves, graphs, and reports reflecting the battery pack performance, which can be printed and queried.
10. The device body has a USB interface, allowing data from the discharge process to be saved to a USB flash drive, and then imported into a PC. The PC data management software can analyze the battery discharge process and generate corresponding data reports, making data transfer more convenient. 11. Features intelligent ARM microcontroller control, a 7-inch 1024*600 high-definition LCD screen, resistive touch operation, and a built-in English/Chinese language switching menu. The menu operation is simple and clear.
12. Automatic protection and shutdown functions include over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and reverse connection protection.  When any alarm occurs, the display screen will show the corresponding alarm message. Over-voltage protection and reverse connection protection automatically disconnect the circuit breaker.
13. Charging and discharging termination conditions can be set, including low single-cell battery voltage, low/high overall voltage, low charging current, charging/discharging time elapsed, and charging/discharging capacity. When any condition is met, the device will automatically stop the test and emit a beeping sound, while simultaneously recording the reason for the stop.
14. Supports online compensation charging and discharging. By connecting an external current clamp sensor, discharge testing can be performed on batteries in online operation, greatly facilitating testing work. This function is especially suitable for situations with only a single set of backup batteries (optional).
15. Features RS485 remote control charging and discharging functions.
16. Supports multi-unit parallel discharge.  Simply operate the main unit's display screen to set the parallel parameters; the slave units will automatically follow the main unit's instructions to evenly distribute power and perform start/stop operations.
