The MS-408 SF₆ Gas Analyzer integrates an SF₆ micro-water analyzer, an SF₆ purity analyzer, and an SF₆ decomposition product analyzer into one instrument. Functions that previously required three separate instruments are now concentrated in one unit. A single on-site measurement can complete the detection of all three indicators, significantly reducing gas consumption by 2/3 per measurement, while also reducing user workload and improving work efficiency.
