Test Principle: The core principle utilizes SF6 gas, with its high insulation strength, as the insulating medium, replacing traditional transformer oil. Inside the sealed casing, the required high voltage is generated through induction in the high-voltage winding via the excitation winding. Because SF6 gas is pure, uniform, and has a high discharge initiation voltage, the partial discharge of the transformer itself at rated voltage can be controlled to an extremely low level (e.g., ≤5pC), thus providing a high-voltage power supply with extremely low "background noise" for accurate measurement and judgment of partial discharge signals within the test object.
