I. Main Features

2. Fast Response and Intelligent Operation: Utilizes a high-performance sensor with a short response time, directly displaying dew point and ppm values. It has data storage capabilities, and some models support automatic temperature compensation, improving detection efficiency.

3. Strong Field Applicability: The equipment is portable, equipped with quick connectors and a filter, suitable for rapid testing needs in substations, GIS equipment, and other on-site environments.

4. Ensuring Equipment Safety: Effectively monitors SF6 gas humidity, preventing insulation strength degradation or arc decomposition product generation due to excessive moisture content, ensuring the safe operation of high-voltage electrical equipment.

II. Testing Precautions
1. Safety Protection: Before testing, ensure the equipment is reliably grounded. Operators must wear protective equipment and be positioned upwind to prevent accidental SF6 gas leakage. 2. Gas Path Cleaning and Sealing: Dedicated clean pipelines must be used. Before connection, thoroughly purge the pipeline joints with high-purity nitrogen or the gas being measured to eliminate air and impurities, ensuring a good gas path seal and preventing external moisture ingress.

3. Controlling the Detection Flow Rate: Strictly adjust the gas flow rate according to the instrument requirements, maintaining a stable flow rate. Excessive or insufficient flow will affect measurement accuracy.

4. Temperature Equilibrium: Wait for the reading to stabilize during measurement, especially when the ambient temperature is low. Ensure the gas temperature is approximately the same as the instrument temperature to avoid false alarms due to condensation.

5. Regular Calibration and Maintenance: The instrument requires calibration after prolonged use. Keep the sensor clean and dry, and replace the filter regularly to ensure detection accuracy.
